the Strive before Amir's Wedd

Aha,

semalam ni aku makan tengahari (baca: lunch date) dengan kawan lama. Acah acah Soul-Mate gitu. Lama tak jumpa, dulu duk sekali hari hari jumpa, tak jumpa hari hari pun still hari hari borak. Terima kasih kepada teknologi untuk kemudahan yang diberikan.

Tapi, lepas dia quit dari rumah sewa. dan semakin sibuk dengan kerjaya. aku pun bajet bizi bersosial. maka ada banyak benda tak tercatch-up. Ada cubaan nak catch up tapi tak sempat nak lama. Rushing kut lunch hour T.T. Last time ada ofis mate sekali, so macam tersangkut sikit kut nak berborak sangat. Ni, tetiba ofis mate ada hal nak ke tempat lain, jadi dapatlah spend quality time.

"Aku ingat kalau Amir cakap nak kawen nanti, mungkin time tu aku akan shock sikit"

Macam tulah luahan dia bila aku bincang dengan dia pasal adik aku nak kawen. Sedangkan aku ngan kakak belum nampak sinar2 tersebut. Aku dengan adik beza setahun. So, tak janggal lah kalau dia kawen dulu. Baya-baya gitu. Masalah nya dia dengan adik dia beza 7 tahun. Sebab tu mungkin dia keluarkan ayat macam tu.

Ahaha.

Aku tak jangka perkara tu akan menjadi realiti. Tiba-tiba hujung minggu lepas dia bagitau ada kat Melaka tengah merisik. T.T

Macam mimpi dah jadi kenyataan.

Sebenarnya, bila kita dah expect sesuatu perkara.. badan kita automatically akan develop something untuk menghadapi the worst case senario. Nampak macam sedih sebab 7 tahun kut beza, tapi kawen dulu. InsyaAllah perkara ini memperkukuhkan lagi terhadap satu perkara yang kita sedia tahu,
Jodoh itu rahsia Allah. Datangnya tak pernah terlalu cepat mahupun terlewat. ^.^

Untuk Awanis, semoga bertemu jodoh sebelum Amir kawen!! Berusaha. =)

Esok dan GST

Sebenarnya last few months aku ada pegi talk pasal GST nih. Ada beberapa reason konkritlah kenapa aku pergi talk regarding this. Antaranya:

- dah lama aku dengar pasal GST, tapi tak dan nak membaca. Jadi kesempatan ada talk kena manfaatkan
- lokasinya makaih dekatnya ya ampun, kat UM yang 10 minit jer dari rumah :)
- speaker dia la (ofkos) iaitu Rafizi Ramli dan Ust Zaharuddin
- mencari sebuah penjelasan

Ahaha, reason yang paling tepat sebenarnya adalah yang last sekali tu.

Banyak informasi yang diperolehi sepanjang talk. Idea GST ni pun sebenarnya dah di bincangkan baik buruk dia sejak sekian lama. Now baru implement. Biasalah, new things come with pro n cons.

Apa yang boleh aku pointkan secara ringkas ttg GST: 

Kebaikan - dpt membantu meningkatkan ekonomi negara dan mengembalikan reputasi kewgn malaysia pd pndgn dunia (jika dan hanya jika dilaksanakan scr beramanah) 

Keburukan - Konsep pukul rata. Org miskin pun dikenakan kdr cukai yg sama dgn org kaya. Bakal meningkatkan jurang ekonomi, miskin semakin miskin, kaya semakin kaya. 

Kesimpulan saya.. sekiranya rasuah dan penyalahgunaan kuasa tidak diperbetulkan berilah cukai apa pun tidak akan berguna.

Ok, akhir-akhir ini perasaan menulis merudum sedikit atas rasa berdosa yang menimbun.
(aha, jangan taktau rasa berdosa pun memainkan peranan dalam menulis)

but, Allah always there for us to repent kan? T.T

oh by the way.. nothing special pun nak jot down. just a throwback session. thanks to Facebook for reminding me about the past..

- tol federal kat batu tiga rosak menyebabkan jam sehingga mid valley megamall
- monorel terbakar di stesen setiawangsa
- ada meeting backpackerz
- birthday childhood friend of mine!! Rashidah Zainal Alam =)

Oh, Rabu ni.. a.k.a lusa.. satu sejarah baru di negara kita akan bermula, ya GST. Moga kita semua terselamat dan kerajaan dapat mengambil inisiatif terbaik pasca GST kelak.

2013 | I don't know your definition of love

I don't know what your definition of love is,

But what I know is, love is when you are feeling so hard to bid farewell to one another. Giving a hug and your self keep on wondering whether could this be the last hug? After you pretty much grew up in the university together. Shared the worry, the sadness with each other. Celebrating one's birthday and achievement as if it is your own. Will we be able to find this kind of friendship anywhere else..?



For whatever your definition of love is, I am so glad that my understanding of love are as such. Contrary to what most people believe, love, is not at all about your love towards opposite gender, for real love requires years to build. It needs sacrifice. For years I believe that I am not a person who is overly attached to people, but voila, this is me, today, not only attached to people but is attached to moments and memories as well.

As I bid farewell to my university years, I want to understand goodbye just like what Rumi once said,

'Goodbyes are only for those who love with their eyes. Because for those who love with heart and soul, there is no such thing as separation'

2015 | Love is a rizq

That is why I find the story of Prophet Ibraheem (peace be upon him) who was tested to sacrifice his son, and the story of the mother of Prophet Musa (peace be upon him) who was ordered by Allah to allow her son to float downstream of the great Nile river are full of lessons. 

And when he reached with him [the age of] exertion, he said, "O my son, indeed I
have seen in a dream that I [must] sacrifice you, so see what you think." He said, "O my father, do as you are commanded. You will find me, if Allah wills, of the steadfast." (Quran 37:102)

And We inspired to the mother of Moses, "Suckle him; but when you fear for him, cast him into the river and do not fear and do not grieve. Indeed, We will return him to you and will make him [one] of the messengers."(Quran 28:7)

In these two occasions, Allah has taught us that yes, you can love your child, but you have to remember He is the One that you should love first before loving any creations. And what is more amazing is that once you let Allah to be your main focus in life, love will come back to you. It will multiply. Prophet Ismail (peace be upon him)  grew up to be a fine young man, continuing his father's legacy, while Prophet Musa (peace be upon him) did come back to his mother and became a great prophet in history. So never ever think that the sacrifice you make for the sake of Allah is not worth it. Rather, it is far, beyond worth it.

Thus in answering where and how to place this love in our lives, maybe we should just treat it like our medication- we know it heals us with the correct dosage we take but once we have it too much, we know we will kill ourselves.

Hujung minggu layan cerita cinta sikit lah k?! Nice kan?

Back then, masa zaman universiti ramai rakan rakan seperjuangan berusaha menjadi penulis, hampir semua ada blog sendiri. Tapi sekarang agak krik krik.. mungkin masih dalam fasa menyesuaikan diri dengan alam bukan universiti. dan mungkin juga ada medan yang lebih menarik dan mudah untuk menyampaikan dakwah.

Apa pun platform baru yang muncul, i always love blogging :)
